Issue Position

Strict Constitutionalists should only be appointed to the Supreme Court and lower courts. Many, if not most, of our most valued freedoms, have been taken away by the courts in recent years. This must be prevented by fully vetting judicial nominees and fighting the strategy of progressivism to fundamentally change this country. Illegal immigration has long been part of this strategy to turn this country from Red to Blue such as California. If another large state, such as Texas, is turned from Red to Blue, we may never have a republican president. The Supreme Court would be packed by democrats, and many of our freedoms will be permanently lost.
